We have all had those customers who don’t quite know what they are looking for in a CD. They like ‘modern’ worship music but are not 100% sold on just one band. In situations like these I am grateful for albums such as Worship Anthems 2019. This album contains live worship from national events such as Keswick and Soul Survivor. It also contains some of the most loved artist of this generation such as Beth Croft, Bright City and Stuart Townend. People who were at these events will instantly connect with the album but also those who like a mixture of worship music will fall in love with it. The stand out tracks for me are “Reckless Love” “Love Has a Name” and “King Forever More”. This album provides a taster of the worship music that is out there. This album will inspire listeners to discover individual artists for themselves. A good one to keep on the shelf and to play in the shop for the variety it offers.
