Description
Many people ask how Mary can create such intricate pieces of artwork, and her first answer is ‘practice’! There is more to that reply though...
She writes "I usually have a sketchbook or notebook nearby and will often doodle freehand Celtic knots and patterns, lettering and colour, whilst the world trundles on around me.
In this book I am both sharing some of my doodles and extracts of my work and encouraging you to try doodling on the blank pages.
I call it ‘DOODLING WITH INTENT’! I never know what the final images will look like but I do know that the doodling helps to keep my work fresh.
Perhaps you’ll discover with me some of the benefits of doodling!"
